Bins are transported to and from our bin dumper by means of a roller conveyor. This bin dumper is built to empty bins filled with concentrate and pump this concentrate to a piping system for further processing.
The tilting of the bin is done by hydraulic cylinders, ensuring smooth movement and control. The bin is held down by a pneumatic mechanism so it can rotate approximately 120 degrees to fully empty the contents of the bin into the collecting hopper.

This bin dumper can also be modified for dumping 2 drums simultaneously.
