For the company “Opstalan” (in Oisterwijk) ATS has manufactured a heavy duty cross transfer system, to transfer stacks of heavy roofing sheets from the production line to the conveyor systems. Each stack of roofing sheets has a weight of 1.500kg (3.300 pounds).

Pneumatic lifting

Lifting the sheets is done pneumatically. To lift the entire length of sheets equally, the design uses several heavy duty connecting rods.
